Our Approval Process
- Pre-Assessment: We review your site plans, engineering, and title to identify any council overlays or planning triggers.
- Building Approval: Once documents are complete, we issue your building approval — typically within 3–5 business days
- Inspections: We handle all required inspections through to final certification, keeping your builder informed at every step.
- Final Certificates: Once contractor certificates are complete we will issue the Form 21/11 and lodge documents to the Council.
