BOOKING YOUR INSPECTION
To be fully prepared for your final inspection, please consider the following:

Foundation and Frame Stage Certificates (as listed on your Decision Notice) must be submitted to us.

Stormwater connection must be completed to the legal point of discharge.

Smoke alarms and balustrades should be fully installed and compliant.

For pool barriers, ensure you have the pool steel inspection certificate and Form 15 for fencing ready.

Notify tenants in advance and provide any required access codes or gate details.

While no one needs to be on-site, access must be authorised for our certifier to attend.
